Russell Home Inspections is located in Milton NH and is a full service inspection company. We serve the southern Maine, Seacoast area as well as the lakes region, Concord and north to the Conway area. I have 25 years of construction experience. During that time I have renovated, repaired and built most of the types of homes that are in our area. From mobile homes to Condos, water front properties to antique post and beam I have experience in all phases of construction.

Approximately 15 years ago I started inspecting homes part time. I had an excellent mentor who took my on my first 25 inspections to ensure I understood what needed to be inspected. In 2003 I decided to take an online inspection course to sharpen my knowledge, this would be the start of many years of dedication to continuing education. I have listed below my continuing education along with the different organizations I belong to.

In 2004, after completing my online course I decided to start inspecting full time and have inspected hundreds of home's over the last 6 years. I also joined the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. www.nachi.org This organization has been a wealth of information and continued education for me and is a great resource.

In 2007 I decided to expand my platform of services to include thermal imaging. I attended the Infrared Institute and achieved my certification as a Building Science Thermographer and bought a Flir thermal imaging camera. This camera allows me to detect moisture intrusion and heat loss in homes.

In 2009 I again decided to expand my services to include energy audits. I attended and received my certification as a BPI Building Analyst, www.bpi.org
