Have you recently gone to the store only to be disappointed not to find what you need? I think that has happened to all of us these past weeks. Among the things difficult to obtain are cleaning supplies. There are shelves all around the country that are gaping empty where there used to be chemicals for cleaning. This means that you will need to use what you have. If you have bleach at home, this should be all you need. Bleach is very effective, even when it has been diluted down to 2%. That means that you can put 4 teaspoons of bleach in a quart of water and have a solution that will kill the Coronavirus on contact. You will need to leave the solution on the surface for a few seconds before you wipe it dry to make sure that it has the desired effect. Don’t forget to wear PPE while doing this, since bleach can cause skin irritation, but also to keep from getting the virus on your hands.
