That means that you can put 4 teaspoons of bleach in a quart of water and have a solution that will kill the Coronavirus on contact. You will need to leave the solution on the surface for a few seconds before you wipe it dry to make sure that it has the desired effect. Don’t forget to wear PPE while doing this, since bleach can cause skin irritation, but also to keep from getting the virus on your hands.
